By accessing and using TuxoCard services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TuxoCard provides virtual and physical Visa cards that can be funded with cryptocurrency. Our service allows users to spend cryptocurrency at millions of locations worldwide without traditional KYC requirements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TuxoCard. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Card Usage
- Cards are for personal use only and may not be used for illegal activities.
- You are responsible for all transactions made with your cards.
- Daily spending limit: $5,000, monthly limit: $25,000, per transaction: $1,000.
- Cards cannot be used to fund cryptocurrency exchanges, gambling platforms, or other prohibited merchants.
5. Fees and Charges
- Virtual card issuance: $5 one-time fee
- Physical card issuance: $50 one-time fee
- Crypto loading fee: 6% of deposit amount
- Card spending: Free
- Foreign exchange: Free
6. Privacy and Data
We collect minimal personal information (email only). We do not track, analyze, or sell your transaction data. Your funds are held in segregated accounts and are fully backed at all times.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
TuxoCard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
